At Nomad Montecasino, we understand that some of our guests may want to bring their own cakes to celebrate special occasions. If you would like to bring a cake to replace a dessert on our menu, we kindly request a fee of R20 per person. Alternatively, if you would like a custom-made cake that perfectly suits your preferences, we work closely with a reliable outsourced company that produces high quality cakes. Our pastry chefs will collaborate with the company to ensure that the cake meets your expectations and is delivered on time for your celebration. We offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs, including a private function room that can hold up to 14 guests for an intimate and personalized celebration. Additionally, we have a private room for two that is perfect for a romantic dinner or proposal. And if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, check out our smoking bar where you can cozy up on one of our day beds for a truly intimate experience. Our team at Nomad Montecasino takes pride in making sure every detail is expertly executed, from the delicious food to the stunning décor, ensuring your celebration is worth remembering.

deposits
To confirm your celebration booking at Nomad Montecasino, we kindly request a deposit of R250 per person. This will secure your reservation and the deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. To make your payment, please email monte@madnomad.co.za with your name, booking date, contact details, and use the deposit as reference. Please note that your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
Dietary requirements
At Nomad Montecasino, we accommodate dietary requirements to ensure everyone enjoys their meal. Let us know in advance if you have any special requests.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your reservation at Nomad Montecasino, just let us know at least 14 days in advance and we’ll refund your deposit. Unfortunately, if its less than 7 days before your booking, we won’t be able to refund your deposit. We appreciate your understanding.
